1. Introduction
WingsFast ("we," "us," "our") provides a cashback service that allows users ("you," "your") to earn cashback (rebates) on purchases from partner brands and, for eligible users, to boost these rebates by posting about their purchases on social media platforms. By accessing or using our mobile app or website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Account Registration and Eligibility
To use the Service, you must:
Be at least 18 years old.
Register an account by providing accurate and complete information, including your name, email address, phone number, and, for boosted rebates, linking your public Instagram or TikTok account with at least 1,000 followers.
Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Earning Cashback (Rebates)
3.1 Standard Rebates
You can earn standard cashback (rebates) of 1-10% on purchases made at partner brands by linking your debit or credit card to your account and completing transactions through the Service.
3.2 BOOST Cashback (Rebates)
If you have at least 1,000 followers on Instagram or TikTok, you can earn boosted cashback rebates of 30-100% by posting a photo or video of your purchase on your social media account. Posts must:
Be original and of high quality.
Clearly feature the purchased product.
Tag the brand and use the designated hashtag.
Comply with the social media platform's rules and our posting guidelines.
Your BOOST cashback (rebate) percentage is determined by your social score, which is calculated based on your follower count, engagement rates, content quality, and other factors.
3.3 Verification of Posts
All social media posts submitted for boosted cashback (rebates) are subject to verification by WingsFast. We may use automated tools or manual review to ensure posts meet our criteria. Rebates will only be awarded for verified posts.
4. Social Score Calculation
Your social score is a numerical value between 0 and 1,000, calculated using a proprietary algorithm that considers:
Number of followers on linked social media accounts.
Engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares).
Quality of content posted.
Authenticity of followers (no bots or fake accounts).
Frequency of posts.
The social score determines the percentage of boosted rebates you are eligible for, with higher scores corresponding to higher rebate percentages.
5. Rebate Redemption
5.1 Virtual Balance
Earned cashback (rebates) are recorded as a virtual balance in your account. This virtual balance represents a claim against WingsFast for the rebate amount and remains our property until you request a withdrawal.
5.2 Withdrawal Options
You can request to withdraw your rebates via:
Bank transfer to your designated Bank or PayPal account.
A 10% service fee will be deducted from the cashback (rebate) amount before withdrawal.
5.3 Minimum Thresholds and Inactivity
There may be minimum thresholds for withdrawal, and if your account is inactive for 18 months, we may deduct inactivity fees or forfeit the virtual balance.
6. User Conduct and Responsibilities
6.1 Posting Guidelines
When posting on social media (Instagram or TikTok for boosted rebates, you must:
Ensure the post is public.
Not delete or alter the post after verification.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
6.2 Prohibited Activities
You must not:
Engage in fraudulent activities, such as using fake accounts or manipulating engagement metrics
Post content that is offensive, illegal, or violates third-party rights.
Share your account with others or allow unauthorized access.
6.3 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use.
7. Data Collection and Privacy
7.1 Information Collected
We collect:
Personal information (name, email, phone number).
Social media data (follower count, engagement metrics).
Transaction data (purchase history, cashback (rebate) balances).
7.2 Use of Information
Your data is used to:
Provide and improve the Service.
Calculate WingsFast social scores and process Cashback (rebates).
Communicate with you about your account and promotions.
Comply with legal obligations.
7.3 Data Sharing
We share your data with:
Third-party service providers (payment processors, affiliate networks).
Social media platforms for API access.
Legal authorities if required by law.
We do not sell your personal information.
7.4 Data Protection
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data and comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). You have rights to access, correct, or delete your data by contacting privacy@wingsfast.com.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 User Content
You retain ownership of your social media posts but grant WingsFast a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display your posts for the purpose of verifying and processing your cashback (rebate) claims.
8.2 WingsFast Trademarks
The WingsFast name, logo, and other trademarks are our property. You may not use them without our prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WingsFast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WingsFast, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
11.1 By You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@wingsfast.com. Upon termination, any pending cashback (rebates) may be forfeited.
11.2 By WingsFast
We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or other reasons at our discretion. Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and any accumulated rebates.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or website. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
